fantastic location! Some inconveniences in the kitchen n, and the bedroom was a bit tight. Well worth the price.

We arrived back to our apartment on day 2 only to find an envelope stuck to our door saying Locks have been changed - call this number. No explanation. No response from the owners. All our things incl passports and money were in the apartment. We had stayed in good faith only to find that we now had no idea if we had been robbed of everything and whether we would ever get our stuff back.

After waiting stressed out for several hours a locksmith finally came and we got back in the apartment only to find out that the electricity supply had been cut off because they hadn't paid their bills.

During this whole ordeal the owner did not answer any calls so we had no idea what was happening. It was only until the next day when they wanted their new keys that they contacted us.

Well that was enough for us! We left and checked in to a hotel. I was with my daughters and we were not prepared to stay with no electricity and no security for our things. Having locks changed and all these dramas - that was enough!

It wasted 2 + days of our stay in London. We weren't reimbursed for the nights we didn't stay except a token damages amount. So wouldn't risk staying there and left a very poor impression of London unfortunately. The rest of our holiday was a dream but this was a nightmare. Shame!

Great little apartment that had everything we needed to make our stay great. Walking distance to Piccadilly Circus and across the street from a great traditional pub callled Tom's crib. We were met on arrival and had no problems while there, but the communication was great so if there were one I am confident it would have been handled right away. The kitchen was well stocked but I did not need it. Also it had a great shower. The bed did not look very comfortable but it actually was. This is a great apartment to call home base while you explore he city.

Nice apartment in the heart of London. The amenities were clean and comfortable and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for seven days and apartment is literally in the middle of everything and within easy walking distance of major attractions. Apartment had a great kitchen and met all of our needs. We were very pleased and appreciative of the responsiveness from Tijana and Vanja. Great location and great apartment.
