There are some positives with this condo. Location is in the heart of Waikiki, the assigned parking stall will save you time and money, kitchen with cookware and utensils, rice cooker, coffee maker, and wi-fi, however the initial check-in instructions was a nightmare. There were 2 separate email instructions, one on how to get into your room, and another with instructions on how to get into the combination mailbox to get your key fob to use the elevator and to access the parking garage. The second no-reply email was so tiny and unreadable but since the subject stated check in Instructions, we already received instructions previously, so we're good. We couldn't park, access the mailbox, the elevator, or our room. There was no way to contact the owner's because there was no contact information in any prior emails. It took over 2 hours with some help from my sister, who is a relator, to reach someone. There's no local or cable t.v., however if you like extremely loud music until 10 p.m. this place is for you. However in the owner's Welcome Binder in the room, they do state: "Remember!! This is not a Hotel, but affordable condo! We don't provide customer service." Facts, however I would stay here again. For the price, you cant beat it.
